Grab 2 pieces of paper and 2 different colored pens.
1. Write down whatever comes to your mind that you need to do, etc.
2. Then in a different color pen- write what category that task belongs in. (Examples- kids, yard, errands, home, work, etc)
3. On New piece of paper.
4. Next write the categories and list the to does under the matching categories.
5. Place a star next to the items that are urgent and need to be prioritized.
